I’m Jocelyn, a licensed esthetician with 3 years of experience specializing in Brazilian waxing using high-quality hypoallergenic hard wax designed for sensitive skin and effective results. Whether it’s your very first wax or part of your regular self-care routine, my goal is to provide a service that is comfortable, professional, and tailored to your needs. At Glowmierre, I’ve created a space that is clean, welcoming, and completely judgment-free, so you can feel confident and relaxed during every visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, new clients are required to place a card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when scheduling an appointment. It is only used to hold and secure your reserved appointment time. Payment for services will be collected on the day of your appointment using the payment option you desire at checkout . A 20% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file if a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior communication OR fails to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Clients are given up to 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without any fees. If a client cancels or reschedules within less than 4 hours of their appointment, a 20% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Clients are allowed a one-time courtesy waiver for a late cancellation or no-show. After this one-time waiver has been used, any future late cancellations or no-shows will result in the 20% fee being applied. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so online, or by calling or texting the business phone number at (916) 287 -3828. Clients are given a 10-minute late grace period. After this time, the appointment may be canceled and the no-show fee may apply.
